When I purchased Spike for the classroom, I knew he would be an invaluable teaching tool. This morning he helped my kids learn in real time about predator and prey. We have been studying about those words this week as we learned about owls and their prey, but today they saw it happen right before their eyes! I love that I get to do this every day!
